Health symptoms rarely exist in isolation. At AcuBath, we combine acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine to provide a personalised, root-cause approach to health and wellbeing.

Based in Bath, we support people with chronic pain, stress, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, anxiety and complex long-term health concerns. By blending the wisdom of Chinese medicine with modern functional medicine principles, we aim to understand not just your symptoms, but why they may be happening in the first place. Whether you are seeking relief from pain, support for your nervous system, or a more holistic approach to your health, we are here to help guide you towards better balance, resilience and wellbeing.

A Root-Cause Approach to Health

At AcuBath, we combine Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Functional Medicine to take a more complete approach to health. Rather than simply focusing on isolated symptoms, we look at how different systems within the body may be connected and what may be contributing to imbalance beneath the surface.

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to help support pain, stress, sleep, digestion, hormonal balance and overall wellbeing. Functional Medicine adds another layer by exploring areas such as nutrition, inflammation, gut health, nervous system regulation, lifestyle and potential root causes.

This integrated approach may be helpful for people experiencing:

  • Chronic pain and inflammation

  • Fatigue and burnout

  • Anxiety and stress-related symptoms

  • Digestive issues and bloating

  • Hormonal and menopausal symptoms

  • Migraines and headaches

  • Sleep problems

  • Complex or long-term health concerns

Every treatment is tailored to the individual, combining traditional wisdom with modern, evidence-informed thinking to help support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate itself.
